• Reservation Policy: Room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. If you do not have a credit card you must guarantee a reservation with payment in full via check or cash within 5 days from the date the reservation is taken.

• Cancellation Policy: No charges will be assigned if cancellation notice is received a minimum of seven days prior to your reservation date, however, a $20.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be charged for one night stay plus tax. Bookings of six months or more in advance will require a minimum one night non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

• Special Events: A minimum 2 night stay is required for Chequamegon Fat Tire Race , the Lumber Jack Championships, and the American Birkebeiner Cross Country Ski Race.
